"Generally a nice hotel, Natasja was very polite, informative at reception. We had a deluxe suite, which was not much bigger than a standard room. We had a sea view on the 19th floor, but the sea was quite a distance away and the view was an abandoned building beyond the hospital. "This is a lovely quirky hotel which is refreshingly different from all the other chain hotels. We upgraded to premium and had a large four poster bed. A massive shower room. If you fancy a change from the bog standard chain hotels then definitely try this one. "

"Nous avons séjournés deux nuits au Nest House. Nous n’avons que de bonne chose à dire sur cet hôtel boutique. Le personnel est avenant, notre chambre était très confortable. Nous avions accès à divers produits café, thé même des nouilles dans une cuisinette à côté de la réception. Frigo, bouilloire, micro-ondes. "I recently stayed at The Pines Melaka for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive to and from Jonker Street, making it easy to explore the area. We stayed on the 27th floor, and our room offered a beautiful view. However, we were woken up at 5/6 am each morning by the loud chanting from the nearby mosque, which was quite disruptive. "Loved the stay here. Rooms were spacious and staff were very friendly. Its in Little India but its very near to the famous locations in Melaka. The toilets are also very clean and the heaters are working perfectly. Overall, great stay, will come back!"

"Generally a good stay with efficient, friendly staff. My only issues were the air con which was a very warm 22C and i had to lower to 16C to get an acceptable coolness. The hot water in the shower was at best lukewarm. Location is excellent."
