"Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. It will be better to install it on the wall rather then giving those unrecyclable small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. Nevertheless we did have a pleasant stay at this new hotel. "

"Overall the service staff was helpful, as my son encounter slowness in WIFI and managed to solve after clarification. We are given upgraded to Premium deluxe too. There is issue with the showering area, there should be curtain or door to prevent water overflow. Slight noisy as there are units above that are loft and hearing foot steps sound in the night."

"The room service was unsatisfactory. The bedsheets were not clean, the iron and ironing board were dirty and the iron was not functional. The cups were not washed, and despite three attempts to get a clean kettle (including a promised delivery the following morning), none was provided. A complaint about the malfunctioning mini-fridge was ignored, and there was also a disruption to the water supply. "

A comfortable stay.

"The room we were given initially had a broken air conditioner after the first night. Despite several attempts to fix the problem, it was unsuccessful and we ended up having to change room but from a double bed (which I requested in my booking ) to two singles. It wasn’t ideal but with a working air conditioner, it makes up for it."
